Return Policy

All work from a current exhibition purchased during that exhibition will not be shipped until the close of the exhibition.  In fairness to the artists in the exhibition, the purchase is non refundable, unless, of course, there is something broken or flawed.

All purchases not made from work in a current show are allowed to be returned within 7 days after receiving your purchase.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Within 7 days of purchase a return received by the gallery will be refunded in full by the same method payment was made. After 7 days and up to 21 days, store credit only will be issued.

ArtBnB Refunds

Cancellations more than 12 days before your stay will be refunded in full. If less than 12 days, a 50% refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy

We ship FedEx Ground with insurance. Outgoing packages are shipped out on Fridays and will take between 2-6 business days.

Shipping costs vary by weight, size and location. Included in the shipping cost is a small handling fee, the basis for this fee is variant on the amount of packing material, size, and weight of the piece(s).

Once your item is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Disclaimer for earthquake damage

Buyer and artist (as seller)  acknowledges that TRAX is located in an earthquake zone and cannot be responsible for losses due to an earthquake.
